A common grouse made by users of the Kitchenaid Pasta Attachment is in the making of ravioli.
However, this is not without a solution. A great tip begins with getting the right consistency in your dough. Apparently, to prevent your ravioli from breaking while you boil them, you need to simply make your dough thin. Then prick a hole in each ravioli before tossing them into the boiler. That should do the trick in avoiding a pot of messy ravioli!
If you want to try making your own ravioli, here’s a great video that shows you how to do it with the Kitchenaid Pasta Attachment – to prove that it really IS that easy.
Oh yes, you can also jot down the ingredients used to make that great-tasting ravioli.
